The OpenRun Pro is intuitive from first use. Follow these steps for the best fit, sound, and battery performance from day one.
Charge First
Connect via USB-C before first use. A full charge takes 1 hour. LED turns off when complete. A 5-minute charge gives 2.5 hours of playback for emergency use.
Pair via Bluetooth
Hold the power button until the LED flashes blue and red. Search for "Shokz OpenRun Pro" on your device. Pairing is instant. Use the Shokz app to enable multipoint for two devices.
Find Your Fit
Hook the ear hooks over your ears. Transducers sit on your cheekbones just in front of the ears. The titanium band wraps behind your head. Adjust until snug and pressure-free.
Choose Your EQ
Download the free Shokz app to switch between Standard and Vocal Booster EQ modes, enable multipoint pairing, and update firmware. Vocal Booster mode provides noticeably clearer speech for calls and podcasts during runs.
After Your Workout
If wet from sweat or rain, shake off excess moisture, wipe the speaker mesh with a dry cloth, and let air-dry in a ventilated area. IP55 covers sweat and splashes — do not submerge in water.
