Do you do refunds, take returns and exchanges?

Requests for returns, exchanges or refunds must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

If you need to return, exchange or refund your order, please read the following instructions carefully:

  • A change in size
    It happens that you make a mistake. We are all human right? Please make sure to send us your change request within 24 hours of placing your order. We do not bulk print our shirts, these are all custom, made to order shirts, so once it gets printed we would not be able to make any changes. Send your change request to support@stylishgears.com
  • You received the wrong item
    Like we said; We are all human right? Although we double check everything, it can happen that we send you the wrong item. No worries, please return it to our warehouse and insert a note stating your order number and which item you actually ordered. We will send you the correct item ASAP.
  • You received a damaged/faulty item
    Although quality is one of our top priorities, it can happen that a damaged item is sent out by mistake. In this case you do not need to return the item. You can keep it, maybe sew it yourself, use it as a rag or throw/give it away. The only thing we need you to do is send us a support email (support@stylishgears.com) stating your order number and please include a photo of the damaged good. If we can see on the photo it is damaged, we will send you a new item 100% free of charge ASAP                                             

We don't accept return products.If the mistake was done from our side,you need to send the images as a proof.Our quality team will check and provide the exchange.We will not be responsible if your return back the product.     

                     

ORDER CANCELLATION:

$4.95 cancellation fee for system transactions.

Unfortunately we can NOT guarantee a cancellation can be made. Cancellation can be only made if customer can inform us within 24 hr from the time they have placed the order. we have an automated system that helps us to process the order with in 24 hr, we need to pay the system transaction which will be charged by customer in case of cancellation.

Once you have crossed the tag time we won't be able to process the cancellation due to automated process & for that reason, it is almost impossible for us to process a cancellation in time.

Coupon Uses:

No coupon will be apply after placing the order.You may use the coupon for your next purchase. Only a single coupon can be applied at the time of placing order.
